So who is she? She's the chick from The Social Network. Also, her sister is Kate Mara, (We are Marshall) who we love.

Anyway, she accepted the role for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, and the makeover is nothing less than shocking. Just see for yourself.

To THIS:

I can hardly breathe looking at these pictures.

All I know is, she must be one dedicated actress. I could NEVER do it. She got paid how much? Well, maybe.

There is restitution. I can only assume that this was taken after the movie. Darling again.

Miraculously, I got myself out of my yoga pants and Toms and actually dressed up for the holiday occasion. Although, I must admit, it is getting harder and harder to dress this bump properly!

trend watch time!

statement tights. I, for one, am super loving this trend.

For so many reasons. For one, it's winter, yay for warm legs! Secondly, my legs have reached a new shade of white being in Nebraska. Third- it's past difficult to bend over and shave these puppies. {see belly}

PS: I am aware this trend totally got ripped by Fashion Police. IE: Khloe, Selena, and Sarah Jessica.

Hate to disagree but I think Joan Rivers got it wrong.

Nail Trends

This holiday season, let's put our best hands forward and decide which nail trends to sport and which to ignore (and possibly mock).

Here's a serious question: How do we feel about the forth-nail-accent trend?? I can't decide!!

One nail trend I am not liking right now is the spiky nail shape, as seen on celebs such as Rihanna, Fergie and Beyonce (maybe it has something to do with celebs that only go by their first name. Stay tuned for it to be seen on Madonna and Ke$ha.)

Oh, and let's be sure to run far, far away from anything resembling this:

(remember when acrylic nails and nail piercings were in style? I shudder at the memory.)

As a side note, usually I am not a big glitter fan, but this season you can utilize it restrictively on your nails!!

Why does it seem the older I get, the more practical my list becomes? Oh I yearn for the days with lists filled with expensive toys and designer merchandise.

Snoogie pregnancy pillow (I may or may not have already bought this for myself and am currently sleeping with it. Miracle.Worker.)

I've been craving Terri's dark chocolate oranges. I called every store in the state (practically) and they are all SOLD OUT. This, of course, angered me and made my craving that much more intense. Since I couldn't get the orange, I settled for eating 2 boxes of orange sticks (in 24 hours).

I got suckered into this one. I was all prepared to not get an expensive stroller but once the guy in Buy Buy Baby demo'd this for me, it seemed stupid to not get it! So now, I just need the accessories to go with it (gotta love that it's all a la carte! after all, money totally grows on trees.)

I've really been wanting a good red-orange lipstick, but haven't found the perfect color. Any suggestions?

Last, but not least, I am in need of some serious pampering. i.e. facial, massage, keratin blow out, and a mani/pedi. Who wants to splurge for me? Good thing Santa can be extra gracious to his pregnant wife :)

The December cover of Allure is the best Lea Michele has ever looked (it's amazing what winged linger can do for the soul. and the face).

But then her stylists had a major misstep with the photos in her article...

H says she is channeling Linda Ronstandt (in the most negative way possible) ...what do you think?

Also, the article about Lea was terrible. She dropped f-bombs and acted like she was the greatest thing in the world. I'm so over her. AND I'm fixin' on taking Glee out of my television circuit. (btw, the Treble Tones TOTALLY should have won sectionals. Just saying.)
